CPTED Grants Now Available
Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a proactive approach to reducing crime by strategically designing and managing the built environment. The principles of CPTED aim to create spaces that deter criminal activity, enhance community safety, and foster positive social interactions. Key elements include natural surveillance, territorial reinforcement, and access control, all of which contribute to making environments less susceptible to crime.
