Biography

An Alabama native, Logan grew up in the Destin-Fort Walton Beach area. He developed a deep connection to the community he now serves.

After a brief time in college, he answered the call to serve his country and joined the U.S. Army. His military career took him across the country and overseas, which instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to service. He spent a decade in uniform before an injury led to his early retirement.

Upon returning home, Logan continued to pursue his interest in public service and stewardship by joining the City of Fort Walton Beach. In that year, he gained valuable insight into local government by working in the city clerk's and city manager’s offices. Logan now manages a local, eco-friendly business in the automotive service industry.

Being a devoted husband to Meredith and a doting dad to their five daughters strengthens Logan’s enthusiasm for shaping a future that benefits and motivates current and future generations.

Council Member Browning's leadership is rooted in integrity, service, and a genuine love for his community. Whether advocating for small businesses, supporting local veterans, or championing community projects, his focus is to ensure the city remains a great place to live, work, and play.
