This week, we welcome Officer Jonathan Lamp to the Fort Walton Beach Police Department.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Officer Lamp comes to the department from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office. Prior to the sheriff’s office, Officer Lamp served in security forces with the United States Air Force, and he brings more than 10 years of law enforcement experience to the City of Fort Walton Beach.
“We value the years of experience you bring, and we look forward to you being a part of the Fort Walton Beach team,” said Police Chief Robert Bage during a swearing-in ceremony held Tuesday. “We know that you’ll have a direct impact within the agency and within the city.”
