- 6 p.m. Regular City Council Meeting

The agenda for the City Council Regular Meeting to be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec.16, 2025, has been amended by adding the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, SUPPORTING ALTERNATIVE 1B OVER 1A FOR THE AROUND THE MOUND PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICIALS TO USE ALL EFFORTS TO COMMUNICATE THIS PREFERENCE TO ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND AGENCIES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
Recommends City Council approval of Resolution 2025-31 reiterating preference for Option 1B for the Around the Mound project, which would include an above-grade (raised) portion, and authorizing all City officials to communicate this preference to all other government agencies and officials.
