Police Department Pre-Employment Questionnaire & Interest Package

The City of Fort Walton Beach Police Department accepts applications and pre-employment questionnaires for Police Officer positions on an on-going basis. Communication Officer applications and pre-employment questionnaires are accepted when there is a vacancy. Please visit the Employment Opportunities web-page (listed under Human Resources Department) or call the City’s job-line at (850) 864-9114 for a list of the City’s current vacancies.

A City application and Pre-Employment Questionnaire must be submitted to the Human Resources Department to be considered for Communication or Police Officer positions. Applications can be completed electronically by going to the Employment Application page and Police Officer Pre-Employment Questionnaire or Communications Officer Pre-Employement Questionaire can be downloaded.
