On-line Tee Time Reservation Policy
On-line tee times are available for Members 3 to 7 days in advance beginning at 6:00 AM.
On-line tee times are available for Non-Members 3 to 6 days in advance beginning at 6:00 AM.
To be able to make an on-line tee time you will need to create an account and you will be required to fill in your first and last name, phone number, email address, credit card number and your address is optional.
Privacy Policy
Guest information is for in-house use only and will not be sold or shared with outside vendors. Email addresses will be used for sending automatic tee time confirmations and notices of interest regarding City of Fort Walton Beach Golf Club activities. On-line Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Reservations not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be subject to full greens fees charged on the credit card used to book the reservation. As a courtesy to other guests, please notify the Golf Club if you cannot make your reserved tee time.
“No Show” Policy
Guests that reserve tee times for any number of players and do not check in for their tee time or fail to cancel their reservation according to the On-line Cancellation Policy are considered “No Shows”. Reservations not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be subject to full greens fees charged on the credit card used to book the reservation.
Email Confirmations
Tee time reservations and cancellations accepted by the City of Fort Walton Beach Golf Club will receive an automatic email confirmation. Guests are asked to provide a valid email address for confirmation purposes. Email addresses are reserved for City of Fort Walton Beach Golf Club use and are not shared with other outside agencies.
Reservations will be accepted for two or more players; however the Golf Club reserves the right to fill any open slots. On-line bookings for more than four players require each tee time to be booked one foursome (or less) at a time. Players must complete the entire booking process for each tee time required.
On-line Booking - Acceptable Credit Cards
We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard to “reserve” your on-line tee time. There is not a fee for booking on-line and there will not be any green fees charged against your credit card. However, reservations not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be subject to charge on the credit card used to book the reservation. All transactions are made in U.S. dollars.
