2. ACTION - DISCUSSION

2.1 Resolution 2009-33. Establishes Tentative Millage Rate for ad valorem taxes for the fiscal year October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. Synopsis: Department of Revenue is very particular about the process to adopt, so a script for the Mayor is included. (Finance Director)

2.2 Resolution 2009-34. Adopts Budget for the fiscal year October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010. Synopsis: The changes requested by Council have been incorporated, as well as revisions due to revised expense and revenue projections. (Finance Director)

2.3 Resolution 2009-35. Amends Comprehensive Fee Schedule. Synopsis: Formalizes the variety of fees into one comprehensive document.
