6.1 Ordinance 1793: Develops policies and procedures for Code Enforcement Lien Mitigation to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of enforcing City codes.  Synopsis: creates the establishment of code enforcement mitigation procedures (City Attorney)

8.   DISCUSSION - DIRECTION - ACTION

8.1 Employment Agreement for Robert T. Mearns as City Manager, authorizing the Mayor to execute the Employment Agreement. Synopsis: This action was directed by Council on 4/14/09.

8.2 Request from Councilman Miller - Discussion regarding Council to declare itself the Community Redevelopment Agency Board of Commissioners, and utilize existing CRA Board Members as a downtown advisory group. Synopsis: This item was postponed at the 4/14/09regular meeting.

8.3 Award RFP for 130 Electric Golf Carts and 4 Gas Utility Golf Carts to Club Car, Inc., of Augusta, GA in the total amount of $402,906; authorizing the City Manager and Finance Director to execute negotiate the contract.   Synopsis: Contract negotiated to replace aging fleet and eliminate prior lease terms and conditions.  (Acting Golf Club Administrator) (Revision 2)
