                      8.2       Bid Award for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Equipment. Synopsis: Awards bid of $92,864.74
                                 for SCBA equipment upgrades utilizing Assistance to Firefighters Grant, with $83,578.27 provided by
                                 federal resources and $9,286.47 provided by the City to Fisher Scientific LLC. (Fire Chief)

                      8.3       Bid Award for Tennis Court Resurfacing. Synopsis: Awards bid not to exceed $35,000 for resurfacing of
                                  the Ferry Park Tennis Courts, Jet Park Tennis Courts, and Mooney Tennis Courts to McLean Tennis, Inc.

                     8.4       Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) Transmission. Synopsis: Authorizes transmittal of the LMS to the

                  14.1     FWB Housing Authority Request for Payment In Lieu Of Taxes Refund.
                              Synopsis: Staff seeks City Council direction on the request by the FWB Housing Authority to grant
                              it a refund of $16,106.46 for the FYE June 30, 2009 PILOT  payment.  (Finance Director)

                  14.2     BMX Skateboard Track and Concessions Facility. Synopsis: Staff recommends City Council reject all
                              bids for lease of BMX Skateboard Track and Concessions Facility and allow staff time to research all
                              recreational opportunities for the property. (Recreation and Cultural Services Director)

                  14.3     CRA Request For Expenditure.  Synopsis: The CRA has requested that Council approve the expenditure
                              of $20,000 from the TIF to purchase holiday decorations. (Engineering and Utilities Director)

15.             CITY MANAGER REPORTS

                  15.1    Country Club Avenue Residents' Meeting. Synopsis: Staff has scheduled a meeting with residents to discuss 
                              the results of the traffic study performed on Country Club Ave. (City Manager)
