8.3 Grant of Easement on Robinwood Drive. Synopsis: St. Mary's Church has granted an easement for the multi-modal trail on Robinwood Drive. (Engineering & Utility Services Director)
8.4 243 Hollywood Boulevard Plan Status. Synopsis: Tenants to remain at current rent as staff undertakes Brownfield designation application. (City Manager)
8.5 Fire Department Bus Agreement. Synopsis: Provides for emergency evacuation and transportation of White Sands residents by FWB Fire Dept. (Fire Chief)
8.6 Grant Submittal for Alconese Pier Improvements. Synopsis: Approval to submit the 2011-2012 Florida Coastal Partnership Initiative grant for improvements to Alconese Avenue Pier and the public shoreline under Brooks Bridge. In kind services match required. (Engineering and Utilities Director)
8.7 Pump Station #1 Evaluation Task Order. Synopsis: Hatch Mott MacDonald engineering firm to complete integrity testing of the Pump Station No. 1 force main at a cost not to exceed $70,000. (Engineering and Utilities Director)

10.1 Resolution 2010-37. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY'S PURCHASING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL TO PROVIDE FOR LOCAL MERCHANT PREFERENCE STANDARDS, VENDOR PROTEST DEFINITIONS, WINDOWS OF TIME TO FILE A VENDOR PROTEST, CERTIFIED MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE EVALUATION CRITERIA, AND PURCHASING CARDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Provides for definition clarification and establishment of standards in the City's Purchasing Policies and Procedure Manual. (Finance Director)
10.2 Resolution 2010-38. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING FUNDING THROUGH THE DEFENSE INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM FOR HURLBURT FIELD JOINT WATER REUSE, PHASE II; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE GRANT AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEERING AND UTILITIES SERVICES DIRECTOR TO OVERSEE THE PROJECT; AUTHORIZING A BUDGET AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Accepts $500,000 Florida Defense Infrastructure Grant from Enterprise Florida, Inc. for reclaimed water line completion. (Engineering & Utility Services Director)
10.3 Resolution 2010-39. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA ACCEPTING BOATING IMPROVEMENT FUNDING THROUGH OKALOOSA COUNTY FOR ENHANCEMENTS TO LIZA JACKSON PARK BOAT LAUNCH FACILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: City is requesting $15,000 non-matching grant from the Okaloosa County Boating Improvement Fund for improvements to Liza Jackson Park Boat Launch. (Recreation and Culture Director)

13.1 Police Officers' Pension Plan Advisory Board. Synopsis: Confirms appointment of Rose Berry to the POPPA Board.

14.1 Release of Lien and Code Settlement. Synopsis: New owner of 35 Ranger Street requests release of a code enforcement lien as City was paid $42,109.83 as a result of the sale of the property. (Engineering & Utility Services Director)
14.2 Approval of Amended Purchasing Policy. Synopsis: Provides for definition clarification and establishment of standards in the City's Purchasing Policies and Procedure Manual. (Finance Director)
14.3 Utilization of Purchasing Cards (PCards). Synopsis: Change from credit cards to purchasing cards that allows goods and services to be procured while reducing costs and increasing revenue. (Finance Director)
14.4 Brownfield Designation. Synopsis: Request approval to apply to have certain properties in the West Hollywood Boulevard area designated as a Brownfield area. (Engineering & Utility Services Director)
