• 2.1 Law Firm Presentations. Synopsis: Each law firm will present its qualifications, followed by a question and answer period of each firm by City Council members.

2.1.4 Conerly, Bowman & Dykes

2.1.5 Pleat & Perry

2.2       Selection of City Attorney. Synopsis: City Council will select the firm to be the City Attorney. The contract for Legal Services will be effective October 1, 2010. (City Manager)

3.         ADJOURNMENT

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
