3.1 Accept Short Notice of Resignation of City Attorney. Synopsis: City Attorney has submitted her resignation effective September 30, 2010. City Attorney's contract requires that ninety (90) days notice be given when resigning.

3.2 Process to Replace City Attorney.  Synopsis: Council to direct course of action for the replacement of the City Attorney.
