14. ACTION-DIRECTION-DISCUSSION
14.1 Action - Sound Side Interlocal Agreement. Synopsis: Defines the elements of providing infrastructure improvements to the Sound Side affordable housing project. (Engineering and Utilities Director) - CRA approval was unanimous on June 2nd. The FWB Housing Authority took action on June 3rd.
14.2 Action - Ratification of Ordinance 1806. Synopsis: Clarifies the ordinance originally sent to DCA when transmitting the revised Comprehensive Plan elements. (Engineering and Utilities Director)
