• 3.1 Discussion of Budget Policy Issues. Synopsis: City Council will provide policy direction to staff on the ad valorem millage rate, levels of service and expenditure preferences.
• 3.2 City Manager Compensation. Synopsis: At the regular Council meeting on May 11, 2010 staff was directed to place this matter on the Budget Policy Meeting agenda for discussion. (No Backup)
