8.3 Approval of Memorandum of Agreement. Synopsis: Release and Indemnity Agreement between NWF State College and the FWB Police Department for use of the Fire Training Building and rappelling training facility. (Police Chief)

12. ORDINANCES - SECOND READING
12.1 Ordinance 1818. Removes "Farmers Market" and "Outdoor Display and Sales" from Table 15-2 of the Land Development Code. Synopsis: Resolves an inconsistency resulting from Ordinance 1823, thus permitting such activities. (Planning Manager)
13. APPOINTMENTS
13.1 Appointment to vacant City Council Seat 2. Synopsis: Individuals nominated are Dean Covey; Bob Hudgens; Glenda Glover; joyce gillie gossom; Janet Wilson. (City Council)
14. ACTION-DIRECTION- DISCUSSION
14.1 Direction - Request For Refund. Synopsis: Sabu Williams, President, NAACP requests a refund of $455 charged for the rental of the Landing and associated direct costs to host the Concert for Haiti.
14.2 Direction - Request For Support For Extended Red Snapper Season. Synopsis: Request is from the Captain Anderson Marina, Panama City, to inform NOAA if the City favors an extended red snapper season.
