2. ACTION - DISCUSSION ITEMS

2.1 Action - Resolution 2010-12.  Utilize CRA funds to provide in-kind services in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,500,000 to allow the Sound Side Affordable Housing Development to proceed with submitting the necessary items to HUD to secure a conventional loan and proceed with the Build America Bond Program.  Synopsis: On March 17, 2010 the Community Redevelopment Agency unanimously approved recommendation of this proposal.  This includes a payback interlocal agreement which will be brought back to Council for approval. (Engineering and Utilities Director)
