• 2.1 Action - Business Retention Panel (BRP) Recommendations Implementation Plan. Synopsis: At the February 9, 2010 Regular Council Meeting, Council accepted the recommendations and directed staff to prepare this special meeting for the implementation of those recommendations. (City Manager)

3.          ADJOURNMENT
