Consideration of a request for Council authorization for the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Standard Life Insurance Company for life insurance coverage as described in the staff report and exhibits for the policy period March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2012. (Administrative Services Director) (See Backup) Synopsis: Life Insurance quotes were last solicited in 2005, commencing 2006 for three years. RFP issued in December 2008.

4. Consideration of Resolution (09-07) of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, amending the Comprehensive Fee Schedule of the City for the Public Services Department by including certain fees for residential garbage collection and of the Utility Services Department by including certain fees for meter damage, movement, replacement, and testing, meter deposits, and county cut-off; and setting an effective date. (Finance Director) (See Backup) Synopsis: To include traditionally charged fees within the body of the Fee Schedule document. No new fees are included in this item.

Moore, regarding 28, 32, 36 and 37 Magnolia Avenue, Okaloosa County Case 2008 CA 3962. (Joe Lorenz, Code Enforcement Special Counsel) Synopsis: Purchaser of property with code enforcement lien has offered to pay said lien to obtain clear title to the property.

7. Consideration of notice that the City Attorney requests an Executive Session to be scheduled to discuss with the City Council the following litigation matters.
